The Handmaid's Tale returns with Season 5: Why the show's a success

‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 5 made its long-awaited premiere on September 14, 2022 on Hulu.

The show welcomed long-time fans back into the lives of Elisabeth Moss’ June Osborne and Yvonne Strahovski’s Serena Waterford.

However, the arc of Season 5 focused on the bond of hatred between June and Serena.

The streaming service offered a two-episode Season 5 premiere as opposed to Season 4 that featured a three-episode premiere.

The show is a success as it obviously hasn’t lost any of its relevance and its themes resonate with society.

The Handmaid’s Tale's striking imagery made its Emmy-winning first season memorable.

Episodes will be available to anyone with a Hulu subscription at 12:01 am ET each Wednesday until the latest installment wraps up.

If the show follows suit with previous seasons, it should run for 10 episodes and the finale will be available in November.
